By accessing and using LinkIntel ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LinkIntel provides LinkedIn analytics and insights based on data that you upload to our platform. We analyze your LinkedIn export data to provide advanced insights, recommendations, and performance metrics that are not available through LinkedIn's native analytics.

3. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security:

Your LinkedIn data is processed securely and encrypted at rest and in transit
We never access your LinkedIn account directly - you upload data exports only
Your data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent
You can delete your data at any time from your account settings
We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of LinkIntel, you agree to:

Only upload data that you own or have permission to analyze
Use the service for legitimate business and professional purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our analysis algorithms
Not use the service to violate LinkedIn's terms of service
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription terms:

Free trial: 7 days with full access to all features
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Annual subscriptions are billed annually in advance with discount
You can cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for annual subscriptions
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. Intellectual Property

The LinkIntel platform, including its algorithms, analysis methods, user interface, and content, is owned by LinkIntel and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data, while we retain ownership of the insights and analysis methods used to process it.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

LinkIntel provides insights and analysis for informational purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of insights or their impact on your LinkedIn performance. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy (30 days for account data, immediate deletion upon request).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
