Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

LinkIntel is operated by DevRel Bridge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15979110), whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean DevRel Bridge Ltd, and “you” means the person who signs up for the service.

By signing up for or using LinkIntel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

LinkIntel is a read-only analytics service for the posts you publish on your own LinkedIn profile. It is delivered as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so that an AI assistant you connect can answer questions about how your posts performed. There is also a small web view at /analytics that shows the same numbers.

LinkIntel reads your metrics through LinkedIn’s official Member Post Analytics API, using a single read-only permission, r_member_postAnalytics, that you grant on LinkedIn’s own consent screen. It cannot publish, comment, react, message or follow on your behalf, and it cannot read your feed, your messages, your connections, anybody else’s posts, or any LinkedIn Page.

To attribute metrics to the right post, LinkIntel needs to know which posts are yours. You can supply that list by connecting a scheduling tool you already use (Typefully or Postiz), by pointing any other tool at a webhook we give you, or by giving us the creator analytics file that LinkedIn lets you export. This is described in the privacy policy.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkIntel.
  • You may connect only a personal LinkedIn profile that belongs to you. LinkIntel is not for analysing anybody else’s profile, and it does not support LinkedIn Pages.
  • You sign in with your email address using a one-time link. Keep access to that inbox secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
  • You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, and for the accuracy of the details you give us.

4. Subscription, billing and cancellation

  • LinkIntel costs $39 USD per month. There is one plan, billed monthly in advance. There is no free tier and no evaluation period, so there is nothing to remember to cancel.
  • Payment is taken before you connect your LinkedIn account. If you do not pay, the service does not start.
  • Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles the card transaction. Your card details go to Polar and never reach us. Polar is also the party that issues your invoice.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment, and your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part of a month.
  • Refunds are not automatic, but we will consider a request on its merits. Email support@getlinkintel.com and tell us what happened. This does not affect any statutory refund right you have.
  • If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you would rather not pay the new price.

5. Capacity

LinkedIn limits how many profiles we can keep synchronised each day, so the number of customers we can serve is genuinely finite. If we are full, we will refuse the signup before taking any money rather than accept you and deliver a degraded service.

6. Acceptable use

When using LinkIntel, you agree not to:

  • share, publish or resell your MCP access key. It is a credential to your own analytics, so treat it the way you would treat a password. If you think it has leaked, revoke it and issue a new one.
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the service, or attempt to access data belonging to another customer.
  • use LinkIntel in a way that breaks LinkedIn’s User Agreement or any other law or regulation that applies to you.
  • interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, or place a deliberately excessive load on it.
  • resell LinkIntel, or present its output as a service of your own, without our written agreement.

If you find a security problem, please email us at support@getlinkintel.com before disclosing it. We will not pursue you for reporting something you found in good faith on your own account.

7. LinkIntel depends on LinkedIn

LinkIntel is built on an API that LinkedIn owns and controls. LinkedIn can change the metrics it exposes, change the terms of access, reduce our allowance, or withdraw access altogether, and it can do so without notice to us. If that happens, parts of LinkIntel may stop working or the service may have to end. We will tell you as soon as we can, and if we can no longer provide the service at all, we will refund the unused part of the month you have paid for.

You can revoke LinkIntel’s access yourself at any time from LinkedIn’s permitted services settings. Doing that stops LinkIntel collecting anything further, and the product stops being able to show you current numbers.

8. Data and privacy

What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: your metrics are visible only to you, we never sell or share them, and we never use them to train models. To have stored metrics deleted, email support@getlinkintel.com and we will delete them within 30 days of your request.

9. Your content and our intellectual property

Your posts and the metrics attached to them are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as we need to in order to provide the service to you, and that permission ends when your account does.

LinkIntel itself, meaning the software, the MCP tools, the interface, the documentation and the branding, remains ours. Nothing in these terms transfers it to you. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

10. Availability

We aim to keep LinkIntel available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we offer no uptime commitment. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, during an outage at one of our providers, or when LinkedIn’s own API is unavailable or rate limited. Numbers are reported as LinkedIn reports them, and LinkIntel tells you how fresh they are rather than presenting a partial picture as a complete one.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer, if you are one, are unaffected.

Subject to that:

  • LinkIntel provides information about your own posts. We do not warrant that the numbers are complete or free of error, and we make no promise about how your content will perform on LinkedIn.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity.
  • Our total liability to you for all claims arising in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

  • You may stop using LinkIntel at any time by cancelling your subscription, by revoking access on LinkedIn, or both.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if LinkedIn withdraws the access the service depends on.
  • We may also close the service as a whole. If we do, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can and refund the unused part of the month you have paid for.
  • When your account ends, your access ends with it. Stored metrics are deleted in line with the retention periods in the privacy policy, and sooner if you ask.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, so that you can cancel if you do not accept it. Continuing to use LinkIntel after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of LinkIntel, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.
