LinkIntel is run by Marcos Placona. Support email goes straight to him, whether it is a billing question, a brief that looks wrong, a request to delete your data, or a token that needs revoking. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it.

Before you write

• If a number looks wrong, ask your assistant to call get_data_status first. It reports how fresh the data is, which usually explains it.
• Setup questions are answered in the MCP docs and the FAQ.
• To cancel, email the address above. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
